The Rosenberger history is based on today's business unit "custom machining center". When Hans Rosenberger Senior founded the company in the year 1958, the company focused on cutting of metal parts. In the early years, Rosenberger operated as an "extended workbench" manufacturer.
Today Rosenberger custom machining center has developed into a components system supplier: Rosenberger - as a subcontractor - is responsible for the complete manufacturing process from construction of parts to quality approvals.
Production Technologies
Rosenberger uses modern production machinery to master the increasing demands of our customers.
- Forming shop: High flexibility from low-volume production of complex parts to large-scale production runs,
e. g. fully automated manufacturing of wheels (40 to 400 mm diameters), turning of shafts between centers with large diameter and longitudinal ranges, multi-axle complete machining.
- Gearing shop: Manufacturing of straight, conical and inclined external and internal gear systems, rollable and non-rollable special profiles.
- Housing machining: Vertical and horizontal housing machining in the highest precision of running and bearing tolerances.
The materials we work with are primarily aluminum, steel and cast alloys.
