Customized and Upcoming Standard Connection Systems

Additionally, Rosenberger provides long-time engineering experience in the design and manufacturing of tailor-made, customer-specific solutions - e.g.:

Controlled Impedance Connectors
enable the transmission of RF signals using spring-loaded pins. These contacts can compensate large tolerances > 0.6 mm in b-t-b applications. In pogo arrays they can be combined with pins for power and AF signal transmission.

Micro RF Cable Clamps
with absolute minimal required space on PCB (3,6 mm x 5,00 mm) and height  2,15 mm.

Multiple Connector Systems

are characterised by  robust standard metal housings. The interface is available for different applications:
- High voltage applications with a contact loop to secure the power-off function.
- Data connectors by a HSD interface and spring loaded pin contacts.
   It is possible to implement additional coaxial connectors.
- Spring loaded pin connectors can be used as controlled impedance, AF and power supply connections.
  They can handle several thousand mating cycles.

Multiple RF-Channel Data Connectors
can be adapted easily for customized channel numbers. The connector, the PCB and the PCB housing are optimized to reduce crosstalk between the channels.

High Density Hybrid Connectors
offers highly integrated connectors for transmitting RF signals, power supply, AF signals and data.

Modular Connector Systems
fulfill various tasks in one connector.

FiberOptic Connectivity Solutions
