Rosenberger has acquired CDS DataComm, Plano, Texas. The newly acquired company will be called Rosenberger CDS, LLC, and will continue to operate with its current management and staff.
Rosenberger CDS, LLC, is a leading manufacturer of fiber optic cable assemblies, patch cords and harnesses as well as complex copper and hybrid cable assemblies for the telecommunications, industrial and mil aero markets.
